The houses were built in 1902 for the Head Keeper and two Assistant Keepers for the North Head Lighthouse. One house is a duplex. The houses have been renovated and are available as rentals. The main house rents for $447.00 per night on weekends during the summer but is more affordable during the off season at $229.00 a night during the week. These houses are part of the Cape Disappointment State Park.

Almost b&w using Topaz Impression Charcoal Sketch at 70%
Well, forgot to change the filename so it put the new version up which is a continuation of what I posted here. So, I went back to Topaz Textures and added one and then came back to Topaz Impression to do Charcoal III at 33%.
Overall, I was shooting for an effect that would resemble something that Andrew Wyeth would do. (see his "Easterly") I love his work.
I've been shooting a ton of real estate lately and I had to share this recent finding. Definitely one of the more extravagant game rooms I've seen in a while! A little indoor long exposure HDR blend for fun.
