Futuristic office complex "Linkstrasse 2/4" at the Potsdamer Platz in Berlin. The building complex was designed by Italian-born British architect Richard Rogers (1933-2021) who was known for his modern, futuristic high-tech architecture. Among Rogers' best-known work are the Centre Pompidou in Paris and the Lloyd's Building in London. Rogers' Jewish anchestors had moved from Sunderland to Italy in 1800. In 1938, Rogers' family returned to the UK because of the threat Mussolini's anti-Jewish laws imposed upon Rogers' Jewish father William Nino Rogers. In 1991, Rogers was knighted, and in 1996 he was created Baron Rogers of Riverside, of Chelsea in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea. He also was a Labour Peer in the House of Lords.
The "Linkstrasse 2/4" building complex is located somewhat "hidden" at the backside of the shopping mall "Potsdamer Platz Arkaden", facing the Tilla-Durieux-Park. Its very unique design that has always reminded me of a giant starship is, however, definitely worth a (photographic) visit.
I can't really tell you much about my processing steps here except that I had processed the image in ON1 Photo RAW. It's one of the images that has been waiting patiently (and fully processed) in my "Flickr waiting line" folder for quite some time.
Happy Sliders Sundays, Everyone!

Time to Leave the Planet
Interplanetary Travel
Time to leave.
It's time for me to go. I'm leaving this planet. My adventure on this planet, which lasted 151 earth days, ends today. I could not find any trace of civilization on this planet which is suitable for life. There was no trace of the Plutonians. During this long process, I loaded the rock, soil, plant and water samples I had collected on the planet onto my spacecraft. Just as I have left on other planets I have visited, I am leaving a few items of myself on this planet. A photo of myself and a few small items of my visit to this planet. Items with my fingerprints on them. And a tube with my DNA sample in it. These are the pieces I left behind of myself. Just a little souvenir.
It's time to go now. Thank you for not leaving me alone in this discovery that lasted for 151 earth days. Although I am alone as I travel through outer space and on the planets I visit, I am aware that there are thousands of people following my discoveries. I try to share photos for you as much as I can. I hope the photos I shared are satisfactory for you. I'll post one last photo from this planet. By the time that photo is published, I will have already started traveling in outer space.
Stay tuned as I make my way to new discoveries.

Another Farewell
Interplanetary Travel
It's time to part. My last day on the snow planet. I have completed my research on the rather cold and quiet planet. I couldn't find any trace of plutonians on this planet. However, it was a different experience for me. It was impossible not to be enchanted by the silence of the planet. However, the fact that it consisted of cold and high mountains made this planet far from being a livable planet. Maybe millions of years ago, there were civilizations that lived on it. But now I could not find any traces of civilization. I have completed my preparations for the planet I will visit next. I will start my space travel soon. As you read this note, I will be floating in outer space on my new course. I placed the rock, dust, water and plant samples I collected from this planet next to the samples I collected from other planets. And again, I left a memory of myself behind. I do this on all the planets I visit. A photo of myself and a sample of my hair. I don't know if anyone will find the box I left. But I will continue to do this anyway. Maybe there is someone looking for me, just as I am looking for the Plutonians. Maybe the reason I do this is because I'm alone.
Thank you for accompanying me on this adventure. We will be together again in the exploration of a new planet. I'm pretty excited for the next planet. I have been observing the next planet I will visit for some time now. The most important finding that excites me is that that planet has an atmosphere that is very suitable for life. And unusual mountains. I can't wait to set foot on that planet and explore. I hope I reach that planet without any problems. See you in new discoveries and new adventures.
Keep following me.

The End of Another Dream
Interplanetary Travel
Every visit comes to an end. The excitement of a new discovery turns into a mild sadness as the end approaches. At the moment of separation, the sadness inside me turns into longing. Every day I spend on the planet comes before my eyes. My memories are fading fast. And, I want to go back to those moments again. But as I said, every visit comes to an end. Just as I have come to the end of my visit to this planet.
Years ago, I dreamed of what I would experience when I embarked on this adventure. Now, I am living beyond the dreams I had years ago. I witnessed many cosmic events that I had not even dreamed of. The stardust storm I experienced on this planet was one of them. I couldn't even imagine this event. This space journey I took to find new civilizations was actually an escape for me. I can also say that this is my journey back to life. Throughout my space travel, I continued to live and, of course, to dream. Dreaming kept me alive. I dreamed as long as I lived. It's been a cycle for me. It's been a survival cycle for me. Dreams were a kind of survival kit for me. And I have come to the end of another dream. In fact, we all came to this end together. You did not leave me alone again. I am grateful to you for this. Now I am traveling towards a new dream. I need some time and seclusion for my next dream. I don't think I will take a long break. However, I won't be with you for a while. Thank you for not leaving me alone on this journey. See you in new adventures and new discoveries, take cares.

Near the End
Interplanetary Travel
I am nearing the end of my exploration of another planet. I am about to complete my preparations to embark on a new space travel. Very soon I will leave this mysterious planet. I will continue to follow the signal I received while on planet BŮ. The signal comes from a planet I've visited and spent quite some time on. Something must have happened on that planet that I missed. The signal is pretty strong. And I keep getting the signal. This gets me pretty excited. I believe this signal will lead me to the Plutonians. I'm looking for the long lost civilization of plutonia. I found quite a few remains of the Plutonian civilization. But I couldn't find anything about the plutonian people. As I was traveling towards the planet from which I received the signal, I realized this mysterious planet. This planet, which is not seen on my space chart and radar, caused a very different experience for me. Different day and night belts, multiple suns, nocturnal stardust storms, and a blue river where stardust rains down. I had never witnessed a stardust storm before. This was an experience I will never forget. It was great. It was amazing. I need better words to describe it. Right now, I am trying to reflect this to you while witnessing a giant black hole destroying a star. I imagine the vanishing star before it disintegrates. It must have been a big, huge star. Who knows, maybe this star was the source of life for many planets. While the black hole just swallows it, I watch the stardust left by the star into the vacuum of space. This is the last moments of the star. The last days of a billion-year-old star. As the star is living the last times of her life, I am living my last times on this planet. In a few days, I will complete my final preparations and leave this planet. I will share the data I have obtained about this planet with you in the coming days.

I Miss My Life on Earth
My Interplanetary Memories
Interplanetary Travel
Mountains...
On every planet I have visited, I have encountered unique mountain landscapes. Planets rising above the mountains, galaxy views sinking behind the mountains. The sight that fascinated me the most was the sight of stardust in pastel tones scattered around a dying star. I can't forget that view. It was a tremendous feeling to be this close to a dying star and witness those unique moments. During my time in space, I encountered wonderful landscapes that I would never have seen on planet Earth. I was mesmerized by these sights. I feel very lucky for this. Being chosen for this task made me happy as well as proud. I was living the space adventure that I had dreamed of since my childhood. But on the other hand, I was sad for the time I missed on Earth. I regret the memories that I did not live. I regret my lost life. I miss my life on earth.

Preparing for Deep Space Travel
Interplanetary Travel
The high mountains greatly prevented me from traveling within the planet. That's why I couldn't go very far on the planet. At the furthest point I could go, high and rocky mountains appeared before me again. It was very difficult for me to travel through the valleys formed between the mountains. I collected various rock, soil, water and plant samples from this planet, just like on other planets. Gravity and oxygen ratio are quite suitable for human life. However, different day and night generations can be disturbing for human psychology. I've detected abrupt changes in the planet's rotation speed. This means that the planet's night and day zones are constantly changing. It is an unusual and disturbing situation for me. One day, the night may last 16 world hours, while another night may only last 6 world hours. During the day, the sky color is the same as that of the earth. There is very little clouding. I did not encounter any rain. All I saw was a rain of stardust. And it was an extraordinary experience for me. It was an experience I had never witnessed before. A shower of blue stardust. It must have belonged to a star swallowed by a black hole. Such dense stardust must have been the remnants of the star torn apart by a black hole. There could be no other explanation for this. Ever since I came to the planet, I realized that a black hole is very close to the planet. This black hole had completely shattered a star and turned it into dust. It was a fascinating and at the same time frightening sight for me. As much as I can, I tried to reflect the sights I witnessed to you. I hope I was successful. Thank you so much for not leaving me alone during my time on this planet. Your support for me helps me go further and explore more planets in my space travel. Very soon I will leave this mysterious planet. I will continue my interplanetary journey from where I left off. After sharing the last two photos from this planet for you, I will start my interplanetary travel in outer space with my spaceship. Keep following me.

My Interplanetary Memories
Planet Dokeia
Interplanetary Travel
Hello everyone again from outer space.
I am pleased to present to you a project that came to my mind while traveling in outer space. In this new photo series, I'm going to share with you some photos from my past interplanetary travels that I haven't published. Many of these will be photos you will see for the first time. You will see some photos in their raw form for the first time. This new photo series will take me and you to the past. Maybe we can even go back to when I took my first interplanetary voyage. I hope this new project, which I named "My Interplanetary Memories", has excited you as much as it did me. I don't know yet how many photos I will post in this new photo series. I plan to share as many photos as I can post until we reach the new planet. From the first day of my interplanetary travel, I have accumulated many memories. I was always alone in these memories. I became aware of you as I shared photos from my travels. You started to follow me and share my memories. With this new project, we will actually be returning to our own memories, not to my own memories. You will find yourself there too. I hope this new series will make you as happy as it makes me happy.

Enjoy The Solar Eclipse
Planet Dokeia
Interplanetary Travel
My first sunset on planet Dokeia. And, I coincide with the solar eclipse. I can't turn my eyes away from this unique view. I still feel the same excitement in the face of this event that I have come across many times.
I'm thinking of doing research in different regions on the planet Dokeia. For this, I took my land vehicle, which would help me travel around the planet, out of my spacecraft and ready for travel. Thus, I will be able to survey a larger area on the planet. My first goal is to collect samples from different plant species and chemical compounds. My second goal is to find an intelligent species. And of course finding traces of the Plutonians.
Since the planet is very suitable for life, I hope to encounter an intelligent life form. Maybe this planet will be recorded in my notebook as an abandoned planet like any other planet. I will search and see.
