I took this in my neighborhood of Mira Mesa Art which is painted on the electrical boxes. All of the boxes are painted by local artist that are trying to beautify our neighborhood. The artist are all from different backgrounds, are at different skill levels and are using different styles of painting.
This is cropped and has a Holga-ish effect added.
It looks like a robotic monster to me, which is why I kept the fence in shot, blurred in the foreground, to give an impression of restrained power.
The number was painted as part of an inventory that Seattle Public Utilities is doing of all of their components along bicycle routes in Seattle.

Unable to get full sheets of drywall into the basement means one does what one can, and gets proficient at taping and plastering. Fortunately, it's a utility room.
