The City of Weslaco and Tyler Technologies will be hosting Incode Utilities Training, Wed.-Thurs. Oct. 5th & 6th from 8AM to 5PM and Fri. Oct. 7th from 8AM to 11AM in the Legislative Chamber. Registration is $150 per City.

Entergy replacing several of the utility poles and lines along Enterprise Street in Brookhaven, Mississippi. (August 25, 2016)
The pole with the trucks (and new pole) next to it is a dead-end pole and it has two separate circuits. The crossarm under the top set holds three sets of cut-out isolator switches and they are "open" which means the two sets of 3-phase power lines are two separate circuits.
