Seriously, if it's important than why put a 100 page README into a tiny window with no option to 1) make the window larger; 2) open the file up somewhere else; or 3) tell me where the file is.
Whoever designed this installer clearly never bothered to look at this screen to realize it SUCKS! How much tolerance do they think I have to read something that's not even formatted for this tiny window and clearly too long to be "important"?
