Instructions:

Go to bookmarks > organise bookmarks

Click New Bookmark

Fill in the popup like the screenshot

Set the location to: www.google.com/custom?cx=010289705086050304887:3imqmrgzlp...

(right click and choose "copy link location" to save link address above)

and hit OK

Now to search pownce users simply type "pownce" (minus the quotes) a space and then your search term(s) in the browser address bar.
