“That millions of people share the same vices does not make those vices virtues. That they share so many errors does not make those errors truths. And that millions of people share the same forms of mental pathology does not make make these people sane.” —Erich Fromm
3 steam engines sitting at the site of a locomotive shed that is still active as a museum. Maybe one day they will be rescued by the association. Unfortunately, this association and the vehicles parked there have suffered from vandalism, so I prefer not to name the location. The place, although not desertedand and easy to visit for a small fee, is unfortunately also wrongly found as Lostplace on a well-known public map :/
Mon monde
Est tel que je le vois.
Mais pas forcément
Comme tu le vois.
Pour y entrer,
Il suffit juste
De trouver
La bonne entrée.

My world
Is as I see it.
But not necessarily
As you see it.
To enter,
It's just enough
To find
The right entrance.
Je t'ai laissé une lettre.
A l'entrée,
Posée sur le guéridon.
Tu sais, celui où il y a la lampe que tu aimes,
Celle qui s'allume en la touchant,
Du bout du doigt.
Mais elle a été dévorée par les flammes.
Tu ne sauras donc jamais.

I left you a letter.
At the entrance,
Placed on the small table.
You know, the one with the lamp you love,
The one that lights up when you touch it,
With your fingertip.
But it was consumed by the flames.
So you'll never know.
