La Défense, the business district of Paris, France.

Part of the attraction of the former ironworks Völklinger Hütte is the Urban Art Biennale, an exposition of artworks and permanent graffiti or installations. Most of the art is removed during the cold months as it is displayed in parts of the ironworks like the Möllerhalle which is not heated.
