Today, U.S. companies are facing the highest talent shortages in a decade. The skills gap between the current workforce and organizations’ needs is only widening because of the digital acceleration and transformation Covid has ushered in. How can companies create a talent pipeline with critical digital skills, while also driving inclusivity and advancing diverse and underrepresented talent within their organization? Youth
The "Skills for the Future" panel discussions were held at Europe House premises in Prishtina and North Mitrovica. It was a great initiative to provide young professionals in Kosovo with valuable information on developing their careers. The panelists emphasized the importance of developing relevant skills and continuously upskilling to remain competitive in the job market. Soft skills such as communication, teamwork, and adaptability were also highlighted as essential in today's dynamic work environment.
