"I will take what is mine with fire and blood."
Does this look like a dragon tail to you?
Have a great Friday and fantastic weekend ahead friends.
Cheers.
Autumn Beech. Rocky lane, Kenilworth, Warwickshire,uk A long long time ago one of the driveways through the Stoneliegh Abbey Estate used to pass over the bridge that is in the picture. It is now disused.
Blue hour at Nishi-Shinjuku.
It was raining just minutes ago, looking closely you can still see water puddles on top of the glass overhang.
The building on the left is Mode Gakuen building, also known as "Cocoon tower" due to its curved shell shape which are formed by a web of white aluminum diagonal lines and dark blue glass exterior.
Looking up at the many layers of horizontal framing above the portico of a large business centre on Waymouth Street. The last time I worked on this street over 29 years, the Australian Tax Office was in this building but nowaways the Department of Environment and Water is in there.
Tall Trees....
In early May Karen and I went for a hike to Heat Lake Conservation area. in the south end of the forest we looked up through the tall trees and saw the pale blue sky framed between the treetops and i thought this would make a great wide angle shot.

Looking up at modern flat lanterns with strip lighting at the top stretched over Chinatown Adelaide's Moonta Street. I have to catch these at night when they are all lit up.
Looking up the trunk of an incredibly prickly pachypodium geayi. Yes, it is from Madagascar, where it seems all plants are lavishly adornd with long sharp thorns.
Looking straight up at the glass awning over the back entrance to the Optus building on the corner of South Terrace and King William Street. It had been raining and the sky was a stormy grey.

Explored!!! (highest position = 17!)
A beautiful and functional art installation it the lift lobby of an apartment building. So simple and so wonderful. I am looking up at the top from a standing position.
Looking straight up a wall mounted glass display case at the Tasmanian Museum and Art Gallery, full of bugs on pins.
A female Meadow brown spreads her wings to catch as much warmth as she can from the occasional sunshine on an overcast day on the edge of the woods..
