Very late and scarce this year I have an inkling there may be a mink on the prowl as juvenile dippers and yellow wagtails seem few and far between this year lets just hope their just running a bit late.
This was taken today after a break in the rain /Taken walking Badger and only 1 quick shot don't want to upset the parent birds no picture is worth that.

It's been a bad day. Really its been a bad week. Heck, this past year or so truth be told. But this week is harder than others because in real life, I was fired from a job I held for ten long years over some petty shit. So I'm not doing so good right now and I'm torn between upset and angry at them and angry at myself for letting it get this far.
I just wanna say thank you to you guys who are there having my back and helping me get through this anxiety and anger and depression. You are my heroes. ♥

Emotions on icy shoreline as one of the Canada
geese are apparently upset with the other Canada Goose.
It reminds me of watching the pro Twins baseball game
vs the New York Yankees in game 3 this last series over
weekend. There had been bad calls by umpires however
this one on replay was so apparent.
It was apparent nothing would be done so the Twins coach
tried to talk to the umpire but soon it lead to him being
ejected from the game. Pitchers are not allowed to use
substances they hide and rub on baseballs and Yankee's pitcher was warned once but came out to pitch doing the same thing. Sometimes a coach has to just support his team.
The geese had migrated back and a time when the younger one's mate up. The one female was not interested.
in this male goose so he's letting her know how upset he is with her.
I watched from shoreline and trying to get photos and noticed
the female went off with another goose.
They mate for life so to be choosey is wise.
This weeks weather forecast and could have snow and snow to cover ground later this week. Hope they are wrong.
The things we do sometimes have repercussions. Danbo was feeling sad and it looks like he may have been punished.

This GBH was screaming at a Red-tailed hawk that landed about 15 feet away from him. His response with all the neck feathers extended was rather dramatic, but got the point across. I was amazed to see how upset he was.
Well, it appears that some of my friends have had problems commenting on my pictures. When I went to check my settings it had been changed to only I could comment. This has happened before and it was reported to flickr. When I had contacted flickr about this I wasnt really given an explanation but only told to check my settings. Has this happened to anyone else? I used www.picnik.com to edit some of my photos and this could be the issue. But the first time it happened, I did not used picnik.com

Right outside the town of Ouray, the milky way shines brightly over the mountain. The mountain was nicely light by the town only half a mile away. I was quite upset by the fact that the clouds were slowly rolling in, but my friend told me he liked the clouds in the shot. He told me it made it feel more realistic.
