Captured along the alleys of Mdina - Thank you for your time view - Wish you all a splendid week ahead.
The sun had set, the sky was still glowing, most had left Pinnacles Overlook but some were still coming.
If you look closely, there's a car going downhill on the right... 😊

My first outing with the camera in 2020. Nothing spectacular in this shot but I like the way the sun was slanting across the trees . Good to see the greens too, so far we have not had any significant white stuff long may that continue . This is a section of our favourite walk from the village of Goodmanham that has a splendid pub at the top of the hill
THANKS FOR YOUR VISITING BUT CAN I ASK YOU NOT TO FAVE AN IMAGE WITHOUT ALSO MAKING A COMMENT. MANY THANKS KEITH. ANYONE MAKING MULTIPLE FAVES WITHOUT COMMENTS WILL SIMPLY BE BLOCKED

In Erba Park as the setting sun adds brilliant color to the sky. With communal gardening cottages and, on the far side of the Regnitz River, the outlines of Gaustadt on the hill. [SNY06411]

A cyclist climbs a steep hill called Kaulberg (Kaul Hill). The trucker (self-identified as Mia's papa) would like to pass, but has to contend with oncoming traffic on this narrow street. A bit of a traffic jam ensues. Bamberg has nice cycling paths and lanes in the low areas of the city, but not on the steep hills. It's simply too congested up here. So it's only the die-hard cyclists who attempt this climb. Two spires of the Bamberg Cathedral rise above the houses here. [SNY00329_lr_2000]

Narrow streets that go up and down pass in front of colored houses under the "usual" crystal clear blue sky. Despite the obvious lack of space, there is always a place for a couple of flowers.

My attempt at the "Looking Close... on Friday" theme "Bottles".
Shot with a Rodenstock "Rodagon 90 mm F 2.8" (enlarging) lens on a Canon EOS R5.
This seems a good shot to post as I reach the grand age of 62 tomorrow, actually downhill might have been a more appropriate title.
I am posting this tonight as I miss be busy on my birthday not having fun as planned but sorting out some family business that needs my attention
The sheep were climbing up the side of a steep hill at Thixendale in North Yorkshire they struck me as rather comical

Maybe some of you remember the last theme of 2021@ macromondays. I shared this image where you have seen 5 glass bottles filled with glitter and some extreme bokeh.
Now did you ask yourself how those glassbottles got in position? Here is the answer...this powerful tiny little helper had to do his job first before i could take my image :) You can guess that this was an extraordinary workout for him, But hey...i always can count on them :)
Thank you to all of you. You are an inspiration for me!
Thank you for your visits, comments and favs!

I thought this made for an interesting shot due to the gradient and low sun.
I lay down for this one and was really tempted to roll all the way to the bottom of the hill.. Childish, I know!

The basis of the image is the Zig Zag Road at Box Hill, a steady climb of 120 metres over 2.5 kilometres, part of the circuit in the 2012 Olympic Games cycling events. On the surface of the road is a permanent artwork called 'The Box Hill Road River' by Richard Long. In the middle of the night, he poured paint from a watering can in a continual squiggly line for 100 metres along the road using only car headlights for illumination. It was a joint commission between the London 2012 Festival and the National Trust who own the road.
All photos and textures used are my own.
Thank you for taking the time to visit, comment, fave or invite. I really appreciate them all.
