I kind of liked the original design for the Duplo Rabbit better...I wouldn't have known that this was the Duplo Rabbit unless I had seen the swing tag indicating that he was.
Angela, Jack's amazing foster mom, sent us this updated photo of Jack after we'd expressed interest in adopting him. What a sweet face!
Just observing a gorgeous summer's day sunset from atop a small hill. Just so beautiful and peaceful up here. This was like a last-minute sunset outing. I knew it was going to be an epic sunset due to the lingering mid-level clouds... This was up at Groesbeck Hill Park around my neck of the woods in San Jose, CA. (Monday around sunset, August 5, 2019; 8:01 p.m.)
*Weather update:
A low pressure area was forming off the Pacific Northwest coast. This low was to move slowly eastward & move across Oregon late Friday & Saturday. This low was to bring cooler weather & cloud coverage to Northern California. Some ‘monsoonal moisture’ clouds were also streaming up from the south, which in turn gave us an epic fiery sunset right here at home this day. Temps were to be below normal by Wednesday thru Friday. Looking further down the road, high pressure was to rebuild once again over the region starting Sunday and into early next week. We can expect more sunny skies & warmer weather during that period...
