So, its that time of the year where we all go back to school. I start tommorrow. Yay-ish?

Future: I'm gonna try and post as much as I can, hopefully once a week. I'll still fave and comment as always, but uploads are gonna be slow.

I hope to have my Batcave v3, Doctor StrangerDanger, and Arrow uploaded within the next week. :)

For those of you wishing to know Little Bungee's post surgery status, I will offer updates here.

January 25

Bungee is still in Hospital today recovering from surgery and also so that his doctor can monitor his condition to make sure he is progressing. We expect a call from her later.

She wishes to keep him a few days. We miss him dreadfully but will comply with the doctors' directions for Bungee.

Thank you to everyone for the heartfelt messages and good wishes. We are truly happy to realize that we have such caring friends on Fickr.

The vet says Little Bungee is doing well. We hope to welcome him back home in a couple of days.

Hi everyone,

A quick update to let everyone know that things are improving and even though Georgia is still in ICU she had a great day today!! The only reason that she is still in ICU is because they have not been able to control her BP! The goal is to get that stabilized and get her started on some serious rehab!! She is able to sit up but just barely and we will have a long road ahead of us!! Both her right side which was affected last week and her left side are very week and the 5 days of inactivity have taken their toll! Today was the first day that she ate almost everything that they sent up and that’s a lot to be said when it comes to hospital food!! We should get the biopsy report tomorrow and pray for the very best of news! We will work through it and I will try to keep you’ll informed!! Want to thank everyone for your thoughts and prayers as well!! Peace and blessings!

So, it's been a while since I updated Masque... what do you think?

Last week I posted an image of a Pigeon sitting on her nest and I titled it "Your Own Home". Some people were curious about the babies and truthfully, this is my first time seeing Pigeon babies. I noticed these two just yesterday and they were not moving much. So they are quite young yet. I am surprised by their appearance! They look almost prehistoric and nothing like the adult. It's the orange tufts of fluff that really surprise me. I hope to capture their development over the next few days and I will keep you posted. Happy Wing Wednesday!

Just want to update everyone about the storm. Even though the storm grew in strength at the last minute, it had no impact on the greater Houston area. We were roughly 115 miles from the point of impact. No rain, no winds and nothing more than a cloudy sky outside. Not sure that we will even get a shower from the system today.

I have not listened to the news this and have no idea about what happened in Cameron Louisiana and to the east of Cameron and am unable to give anyone any kind of information with that respect. All I can say is that Houston had no problems. Comments are off and this is only an update. No need to fav or take any action.

An update from a few pics I loaded on February 18th of the Heron Rookery. On May 8th we drove past the rookery and to our excitement and surprise, the empty nests from February are filled with Snowy Egrets in May. They all seem to be amicable and busy with nest tending.
