Back in 2009, i did a small collection of images on suffering with anorexia. 3 years later I'm now at a healthy 10 stone (im 5"8 so thats pretty much bang on perfect). I'm finally happy with my body. Anorexia doesn't have to rule your life, it just takes time to deal with it.
Update #1
Here's Jasmine sitting pretty for the pro photographer yesterday. She was a good girl posing in an unfamiliar place.
Update #2: Photo below
Last week a stray dog showed up in my yard. I took him to our local shelter and was concerned as it is a high-kill facility. I was in touch with the shelter executive director as we are on a first name basis. After being held for the mandatory three day stray "hold"....the sweet boy was transferred to a "no -kill" pet rescue. Here is the link, they are using my pix of him. They named him "Mr. Hurley" and he is at the top of their doggy list. I do hope he gets adopted by a wonderful family.

Hey guys,
I am currently working on getting some pictures taken of all of my current custom fabric products. Check out my BL Store's splash page later on this afternoon for updates, and a SURPRISE!!!
Also, I'm sorry if I kind of suddenly vanished off the face of the (LEGO community) map all of a sudden. I recently started a [paid] summer (engineering) internship, and have been working 40-hour weeks.
Thanks,
~RBC
The guys with the 101 Airborne patches will have Delta force patch soon and that goes to the rest of them.

These six textures have been lovingly crafted with an old laser copier with an increasingly faulty drum and toner combo, and a flat-bed scanner.
Each textures are scans of individual prints of a black document. They each have subtle variations in the dust and noise patterns, making them unique. The last texture of the set was the last print the drum and toner agreed to generate before giving up.
Each images are around 4750x6300 pixels @ 600 ppi.
Noise and dust textures are perfect to add a subtle depth to your designs. Using them is very simple: just switch your layer's blending mode to "Screen," and play with the opacity slider.
---
Now updated with transparent PNGs (ideal to quickly add in a design, and to color them using a color overlay), and bitmap TIFFs (perfect to use in Illustrator for great, detailed texture effects without hogging down your system resources).
---
What's included in your download:
- Six (6) raster textures of toner noise and dust
- Roughly 4750x6300 pixels @ 600 ppi
- Bonus: negative versions
- Bonus: transparent PNG versions
- Bonus: bitmap TIFF format for lllustrator

A little update to the iconic LEGO set 8640. Features seating for two, working rotors, and main rotor collective.

Hi heres an official update of what is happening I will be moving to Idaho on September 7th. I will most likely will not be posting stuff as I will be renting the top floor of a house for a week till we find a house, I have some stuff planned for a Civil War build and a small death of King Philip scene that I hopefully will bring to Brickslopes 2017. The question is what I should use for the white settler? What should I use for a 1600's settler, what torso should I use? I will most likely never really upload a WW2 scene as I think its really overdone and theirs only a good bit of builders that can pull it off...Thanks for your cooperation :-/
UPDATE # 2 - 10:45 pm eastern - Zooie is home. He rested a good part of the night but has been up and refusing to lay down now for about an hour. My vet gave me injectable pain med to give. There are some benefits to being a nurse. I've also go an anesthetic to put into the wound tomorrow. So..off to give my boy a shot. I hope he settles in a little bit. He is the sweetest, gentlest boy I know. It pains me so to see him suffer. So many of your babies have been through this too. It helps knowing you understand. Thank you again and again for your wonderful, supportive comments. I am blessed to know you!!!!
UPDATE #1 - 5:07 pm eastern - I'm off to pick up Zooie. GOOD NEWS!!!!! Everything went well. There is NO cancer in his bladder. It is just irritated from the stones. My vet took a wide margin of tissue from the old tumor site. No visable nodes. Everything looks good. Now I just have to get my boy throught the next few awful days of pain. For all those who have faced this same thing with their fur child, you know how I'm feeling. The sense of relief is beyond words. I know we aren't out of the woods as far as the cancer goes, but at least we are fighting a fight against a small artillary instead of a nuclear bomb. Thank you all for your words of support and encouragement. Reading your comments has made me cry more than once today. I know you understand how much this precious boy means to me. He is my heart.

I just dropped Zooie off at my vet. It was hard to leave him this time. The surgery will be extensive. First the area around where the tumor was located will be removed and hopefully any cancer cells will be removed. Once that is done the bladder will be opened and the stones present will be removed. Then my vet will remove the thickend tissue from the bladder wall and send a piece off for biopsy. If the thickening in the bladder wall turns out to be cancer, my vet said it would not be metastatic from the original tumor site but a separate cancer altogether. That would mean my Zooie has two different kinds of cancer growing at the same time. I don't need a college degree to tell me that his prognosis would be poor if that were the case.
So now I just wait. I can't imagine my life without my precious, precious boy. Everything has to go well. It just has to.
Just the standard pieces left to do.
Found most of the non-standard (a few empty spots, but I'll worry about them later)
The standard pieces are very similar, so it's back to color again.
Not there yet, but with each piece getting closer.
medievalpoc: Paul van Somer I Queen Anne of Denmark Denmark (1617) [Bridgeman] [Royal Collection] The photo of this painting at the Royal Collection’s site looks like this: update: they’ve changed the photo on the museum’s website, but it’s still not exactly great:
So I still like making lego crap. Problem is, that takes time, and time is not something I like to spend a lot of. Because of that, I only spend time on projects I really like. Like Dead Space figures. Unfortunately though, I can't sculpt, so without a helmet, I can't finish the figure. If only there were a Dead Space helmet... Some day hopefully...
Updated photo of "crafting" side. Everything from the work surface up is elfa, the drawer organizers underneath are from Ikea. The storage bins are all different brands: Rubbermaid, Sterilite, etc.
I updated the Treeson Website finally!
Some people commented my design is neat and simple (yes, i like simple neat design:), and some question if i really go thru the "thinking" process when i design :) , but i have to tell them all my design go thru a complicated thinking process in my brain ;-)
Recently, i have a few sleepless nights to think and draft the layout of treeson website but not satisfied, though i knew i have to finish it asap, all i can do is to try my best …
Regard the poster, invitation card and the website for treeson, you can see i use the wood texture as background, and the wood texture is from my sketch board i use for a long time, so all material around you can inspire you to create :D
please go to check out the latest Treeson website: http://www.milkjar.com/treeson/
p.s. you can listen the treeson theme song in the website, hope you like it :D
*i am sorry for not able to reply comments at this moment, i would do it when i am less busy
all the best,
bubi
