Used a 3D environment with Unreal Engine for the background, and 3 lights and a reflector to match the background lighting.
I love this workflow as I can manipulate the perspective of the environment to match my camera angle, as well as the positions of the sets and props, and lighting in real time. This allows me to compose the shot in whichever way I want it, something that a static background image can't provide.
