Lightning and a wall of heavy rain. To the right of the strike point, you can see an unattached streamer reaching upward ... there are actually at least four unattached streamers near the strike point, but only one shows up at this image resolution.
The rain is more uniform in this shot compared to my last upload, but I think this gives a better sense of how hard it rains here sometimes.

Week 45/52, 2015
This week’s theme for my 52 project is “Uniform.” The theme was open to various interpretations of the word, so I’m going with the adjective uniform meaning similar or same. This is the staircase at the local YMCA. I’ve gone down the stairs many times, but happened to look up and liked the view. I processed this on my phone with the VSCO app.
