The Avery Undermount Steam Engine is relatively rare. What sets it apart from the traditional steam engine is that all the working parts are mounted on a chassis below the boiler preventing stress to the boiler itself. In catalogs of the time the merits of this design as opposed to the traditional ones raged back and forth.
I like this design because it looks cool. It looks more like a steam locomotive than a farm implement. It’s just a cool design.

Custom built concrete (yes concrete) countertops with undermount stainless steel sink and modern faucet. IKEA cabinets and track lighting accent the stainless steel appliances.
Once again, walking through the grounds, looking for photo ops around the big engines, I saw this firebox slowly burning out in the Avery Undermount. The engineer’s controls are visible here, also. These days, against the wishes of Coal Man Donald Trump, all the engines are burning wood. While there’s still a lot of smoke, wood smoke is not so irritating as smoke caused by burning coal.

At first glance one imagines the Maya was taken from an ancient temple its nod toward the marble vessels of the old world are obvious,but this is not an unrefined caricature. Mayas understated simplicity is time tested and effortless.

The sink is not yet useable, however, due to some issues with the drain line. Need to pick up some more parts at Home Depot on Wednesday in order to finish the job.

Crema marfil marble countertops and warm maple cabinetry gives this bathroom a look of modern elegance. A frosted glass door delicately displays a collection of perfumes, and divides the double vanity in to two distinctive areas. Frameless glass shower doors let natural light permeate the entire space.
Used the Leigh jig to cut dovetails - through on the drawer cabinet carcasses and half-blinds on the drawers themselves. Drawer sides are sycamore, and run on soft closing undermount runners. Drawers lined with faux suede microfibre.
