I don't believe this. I find it impossible to believe that there is not a right of way from Tothill to Withern. I do believe that the Trout farm has managed to persuade the local authority to the contrary, but this does not make sense in view of how rights of way work. I would be interested to know how the Trout Farm managed to block a right of way. I wonder what they would say to having their access to Withern cut off. Paths are as much our right as roads.
