Over on the wrong side of Toyville (yeah, like there's a *right* side of Toyville!) Swotty Parker is impressed by Kesenia's new wheels.
On a training exercise in the Sonoran Desert, a Sergeant in the 158th Infantry Regiment looks ahead through Gates Pass to the valley floor below. The rare generosity of the desert has allowed the temperature to be remarkably cool this day, but the Sergeant and his platoon of "Bushmasters" are more than aware that the scourge of combat will not be so generous...
In a secret place the Huey is getting ready to take off. The mission is starting. Soon you will know what is going to happen.
Four days on the field and the brain is tired, the enemy can be everywhere and you can't rest in peace.
Lady Pollyanna Parker tracks down the reprobates smuggling in those badly fitting knock-off Fashion Royalty clothes! They're in trouble now... especially now she's got her new gripping hands!
They're a pair of Hot Toys female hands with the wrist post whittled down a bit so they'll fit into a Poppy Parker's arms.
I think it's a better rotor effect on this shot =)

This shot was thanks to Justo (Dreadnokdread) who helped me to get Footloose.
Ready for missions that include direct air support, antitank, armed escort, and air to air combat. Now they're going in a support mission for the MH-60G.

Special Thanks to "rama de Aeromodelismo del Club Deportivo Universidad Católica" for the airfield
German Fallschirmjäger in World War II were the first paratroopers to be committed in large-scale airborne operations. They came to be known as the "green devils" by the Allied forces they fought against. The word Fallschirmjäger is from the German Fallschirm, "parachute", and Jäger, literally 'hunter,' which refers in this context to light infantry.
September 1944, Europe is not a safe place for the axis soldiers, each troops movement should be quiet and in silence, but the Sd.Kfz. 251 doesn't help on that.

Special thanks for Justo AKA El Coleccionista for his help in logistics and troops transport to Chile.
Bought on the fare along with some vintage Actionman stuff.
I LOVE this guy's face!!! According to the internet, these guys are from Spain, and hard to find nowadays.

This little 1/32 scale Sherman was made by Ultimate Soldier and one of my favorites among their 1/32 scale collection. The body of the tank is actually metal (die cast); not plastic like later sets, and I enjoy adding to various European and N. African scenes.

The MACmen in their Mountain HQ control room.
A little tip of the 12" hat to some of my favourite childhood toys, Matchbox's Mobile Action Command men.
I used the heads from 21st Century's basic soldier guys on 12" Joe black-gloved bodies and some Azone male bodysuits for the figures
And big thanks to Decepticreep (and his wonderful 'Mystery of the Glowing Gold' tale on Flickr) for the 'rock' walls.

Main part of town from a diorama put together in September 2002 by The Colorado Action Figure Collectors Club.
Back in 2011, I started collecting 1/18 scale military after having purchased a few Hasbro Indiana Jones sets. The collection quickly grew as I migrated from Indiana Jones to Ultimate Soldier/21 Century figures and vehicles. Power Team Elite/World Peacekeepers provided the perfect accessory sets including the building in the background. Custom decals printed on a color printer added the finishing touches to a few of the vehicles, tower, and fuel drums. I hope this image provides you Joe and 1/18 fans an inspiration in combining different brands in a single tabletop display. Enjoy!
This Pioneerpanzerwagen is one of my personal favorite 1/18 scale vehicles by 21st Century. While the paint scheme is not really DAK; rather later Normandy, I've always liked picturing with these particular figures (plus I don't believe 21C ever offered an all tan/desert version). The bridges detach for the vehicle to safely ride over smaller rivers/streams or rough terrain.
This is an older shot but I sometimes enjoy going back through my photo collection - pictured as displayed on a countertop. Only the border has been photo-edited.
