Discovered at Coogee Beach, Sydney, whilst on my summer

ocean-side walking trek, from Bondi Beach to Coogee Beach, stopping for coffee, of-course, at the Lazy Frog Cafe in Bronte. Where else?

Now why, on earth, would Jaguar design a car with a boot that opens like this? Weird science, I say. It would have to be inconvenient in the Westfield carpark! But that being said, a 4.2 litre engine in such a small vehicle, would mean that this E-Type Jaguar would literally fly!

Here's some car jargon:

In 1964, the E-Type received several important upgrades including a 4.2-litre version of the famous XK engine. Other upgrades included a fully synchromesh transmission, new Laycock-Hausserman clutch, revised engine cooling and a new alternator which replaced the generator. (And, I cheekily add, a silly opening boot - ha)

The Basilica of Santa María la Real is a Catholic cult site located in Covadonga, Principality of Asturias (Spain), declared a lower basilica on September 11, 1901.

The temple was devised by Roberto Frassinelli and raised between 1877 and 1901 by the architect Federico Apartici and Soriano, in a neo -Romanesque style, built entirely in pink limestone.

The basilica has a great stylistic unit within the canons of the Romanesque style in which it was conceived, although it includes elements of Gothic architecture. The building sits on a large terrace. It has three ships, the plant remarkably higher than the sides, with transept and header topped by three staggered apses; The ships are covered by edge vaults. The main facade draws attention to the slender needles that finish the towers and the presence of oculos. Access is formed by a porch advanced to the ship, with three half -point arcades and topped by a prestile. Throughout the building, rosacea tone stands out for the type of limestone that contrasts with the green of the landscape.

Inside, the image of Our Lady stands out, which receives cult at the main altar, work of the nineteenth -century sculptor Juan Samsó. We must highlight the Gate of the Tabernacle, the work of the designer Alfredo Miranda Fernández (1911-2009) and held in Barcelona in the workshops of Modest Morató (1909-1993).

Fazenda "Santo Antônio do Bugre", one of the first olive and olive oil producing farms in Brazil.

The first extraction was in 2014 and yielded 400 liters of extra virgin olive oil with less than 0.2% acidity.

Today the farm has more than 20,000 olive trees of four varieties: Arbequina and Arbosana (Spanish), Grappolo (Italian) and Maria da Fé (Brazilian) - all planted at an altitude of more than 900 meters, on the state border with " Minas Gerais".

The photo shows the farm's restaurant and snack bar where you can taste the different types of olive oil produced on the farm.

People affected by "blindsight" have no subjective experience of a certain area of the visual field, but nonetheless it can be demonstrated that they process what is in that area and that they can behave in response to it.

I cannot explain the meaning of this without destroying it.

Geranium Sanguineum, also known as Bloody Cranesbill or Crimson Geranium, is a hardy, herbaceous, tufted perennial that typically grows tall in a mound, with white-haired, drooping stems that spread over time.

It is native to Europe and Asia and is perhaps the most common type of geranium grown today.

This Blue-winged Warbler was a sweet find after the golden-winged Warbler yesterday. What is so fascinating here is that the two types of birds are actually now considered the same species, just a glorious example of Gregor Mendel's Punnett squares. There are two more varieties of these birds that were once thought to be hybrids (Brewster's and Lawrence's Warblers). They are now known to be merely the other two expressions of the dominant/recessive gene combos from breeding.

The Citroën Type C was a light car made by the French Citroën car company between 1922 and 1926 with almost 83,000 units being made. Known as Citroën 5HP or 5CV , it was the second model of automobile designed and marketed by André Citroën, between 1922 and 1926.

The first colour in which it was made was yellow,(a pale " grapefruit " yellow) which earned it the first nickname " petite citron "(little lemon). It was also nicknamed "Cul de poule " (hen's bottom), "boat tail" or "boat deck Citroën" referring to the tapered rear of the little car's body and also "Trefle " (clover leaf) referring to the shape of the three-seat version

Driveways come in different tastes and types and these reveal something of the chateau that is their destination. I have wandered for some time what kind of driveway leads to the Gaasbeek castle. While making this photo, I realized that this particular driveway is truly theatrical, each time revealing a new surprise around the corner. You feel drawn into this silent road by your own curiosity. This is consistent with the ambitious cultural and artistic management behind the castle. It was closed for repairs during three years but recently re-opened to offer new programs of expressive, inspired and theatrical art exhibitions. In this way, maintaining its successful approach, Gaasbeek chateau remains one of our region’s most valuable cultural assets for the years to come.
