A wet miserable day put paid to all the ideas I had for this week's theme, so what else could I do put stay at home and drink coffee?

Smile on Saturday: Two-same
(getting in early because I may not have my computer after tomorrow😔)
Yesterday I was a dog. Today I'm a dog.
Tomorrow I'll probably still be a dog.
Sigh! There's so little hope for advancement.
(Snoopy - Charles M. Schulz)
Snoopy was one of Schulz's earliest Peanuts characters, appearing for the first time on October 4, 1950, two days after the comic strip's debut.
Schulz based Snoopy on a black-and-white dog named Spike he had as a teenager.
This pair of earrings was a gift from Anne-Miek Bibbe.
Thanks Anne-Miek! 😉

There were dozens of these beautiful White-blotched river stingrays on display at Océanopolis in Brittany. Their forest/river habitat was at the end of the tour around & I did feel a little more attention could have been paid to hiding the butyl liner edges & making their "river" look more natural but it was really cool standing on a little bridge watching them swim about in the shallow water. They feed on crustaceans & small fish so I guess the ones here are on borrowed time. For Smile on Saturday theme "two-same" HSoS 😃
From Wikipedia :
The Xingu River ray, white-blotched river stingray, or polka-dot stingray is a species of freshwater fish in the family Potamotrygonidae. It is endemic to the Xingu River basin in Brazil and prefers rocky bottoms. It is sometimes kept in aquaria. The Xingu river ray is a venomous stingray that contains venom localized at its dentine spine in its tail.
I discovered an unintentional feature they share that can only be seen in their reflections on the glass table top. Can you find it?
Each sheep is 1.75" wide, 1.25" high, made of white plastic.
Thank you for taking the time to view my photo, and for the faves and comments you make, thank you.
Been seeing a good few 10-spot ladybirds too, in their varied forms! The ones above, I spotted the bright one initially of course, but it was only when I approached to take a photo, that I saw the pale female under him!!
Main shot and first 3 in comments from Upton Magna, and last two (same individual) from Heath Farm.

This pair of palm trees stood out as I sat on Tunnels Beach in Kauai taking in this lovely view. Mount Makana (part of the scenic Na Pali Coast), which you can see just a small portion of, served as Bali Hai in the movie South Pacific. It is also recognized as the last place that the sun sets each day in the United States.
There are six possibilities- three fronts and three back sides, if Flickr posts them.
For the Smile on Saturday group’s theme of two-same.
Smile on Saturday theme: “two-same”😊
Thanks to everyone who took the time to view, comment, and fave my photo. It’s really appreciated. 😊
These lantern plants were beautifully lit in the sun. It was a loose branch which we hung on a tree branch to fully catch the sun light and show all it's beauty.
Oploaded for the group "Smile on Saturday", the "Two-same", taken after almost a year of not being able to photograph. It makes me very happy to upload a 'new' picture!
