Early 20th century private postcard (probably from the 1910s) of father and mother sitting with their younger daughter standing between them, and the identically dressed older daughters standing behind them. Dressing twins alike is not a new phenomenon.
Unfortunately no additional information is available - not even the name of the photographer (though this is obviously taken at a professional studio). But it is likely taken in Sweden.
The two older girls counts as grown-ups here, with their hair pinned up. And it's not only their clothes that are matching, but even their jewelry, wearing as they are identical necklaces/brooches (you can't really tell which one it is). Not that I can say for sure that they are twins, nor that this is even a family - but it has every likelihood as everything is presented that way.
The younger girl has a brooch holding together a collar decorated with lace (probably removable), the same way her mother has some fancy lace around her neck and down the front of her black dress - also most likely pinned on. The father is also well dressed with a stiff collar (most likely removable too, it was quite popular at the time) and the hint of a chain to a pocket-watch.

West Paden (in the foreground) and East Paden (in the background) are said to be the only twin covered bridges left in the United States. They were originally constructed in 1884 by W. C. Pennington for $720. The West Paden bridge was destroyed by a major flood on June 28, 2006 and rebuilt in 2008.
The Twin Pitons are the most recognizable and well-known physical feature of the southeastern Caribbean island of St. Lucia. I think what makes them so spectacular is that they rise directly up from the sea along the southwest shore.
From the summit of Derry Cairngorm, at the cairn its top, we can see over in the distance the rocky tors that mark the summit of Beinn Mheadhoin, a Munro I did a couple of years ago. The deep Glen Derry is to the right and it's from there I have climbed to gain this altitude. Was it worth it? Damned straight it was!!
Derry Cairngorm is my first Munro I have bagged this season, my 24th in total, and stands at 1155 meters (3789 feet). This trip sees me covering approximately 20 miles by Bike & Hike and gaining 2682 feet in elevation, after setting off from the Linn of Dee outside Braemar.

Rockaway Beach, OR
That big piece of driftwood apparently is used to tie boats. The Twin Rocks are a couple of stacks off shore. The arch on the left is called Elephant Rock.
Incidentally, this beach is quite a ways from Tillamook
The Pahangog Twin Falls or known as Twin Falls in Dimiao, Bohol is tucked in the deep forest of Brgy. Guingoyuran, Dimiao, Bohol. Peacefully surrounded by big trees and lush vegetation; which pulls in the waterfall, stunning and offers a mollifying atmosphere. Locals said that this waterfall still maintain its beauty even during at the extremum of the summer months. The water that flows from the higher elevation is gently falling in three streams over crags and ridges that form a perfect nature-made lagoon when it reaches to the catching basin. The waterfall proudly stands for about 30 meters or 90 feet in height; and naturally divided into two, which makes it being called as Twin Falls.
These two ran to their mom and instantly started to nurse.
Seen in the field south of my pasture fence line.
Posée à la terrasse d'un café, j'ai aperçu ces deux petites jumelles. Je n'ai pas pu m'empêcher d'aller à leur rencontre, de tenter d'immortaliser ce moment.
Two men, presumably brothers, make their way down National Ave, Springfield, Mo, after a heavy rain.
SIDE-NOTE: They may, in fact, be time travelers from 1985, here to to change the timeline, preventing Donald Trump from becoming president.
High and mighty these twin wind turbines show in scale to the farms just how huge they really are.

Have a safe and exciting day dear Flickr friends !
Something a little different to the usual green stuff I post!
There wasn't much colour in this image to start with so it was crying out for a high key edit imo.
I think its turned out okay but let me know what you think in the comments! Btw that bloody swan took ages to get into the position i wanted.
Be curious always! For knowledge will not acquire you; you must acquire it.

They are not just sisters and twins.
They are best friends, and they care
genuinely about each other.
