Fold over again so that the edge meets your notch. If this is difficult to do, you can use a pencil and ruler to draw straight lines and fold along those lines, then press flat. Otherwise you can use your nails to crease the fabric flat. You may also hand stitch or pin in place to make sewing by machine easier.

I thought it was about time for another tutorial. I couldn't really think of any one particular technique that was worth talking about though, so I decided instead to just take an example photo and show some of the little things I do to it that (I think) improve it.
Of course, whether you think it's improved or not is subject to opinion, and I know that many people believe in minimal post-processing, but firstly I enjoy post-processing images and secondly I think that as long as it is subtle it can greatly improve an image, besides a lot of these techniques were possible in the darkroom (although I have no idea how!) and have been practised for years.
Anyway, please see my comment below for the tutorial...

to save the template, go to the "actions" tab above the photo. scroll down and click on "view all sizes". click on "original" size over on the right side of the screen, and then either right click and "save as" or click on "download original size".
if, when you try to print the image, your printer will only print it as a typical photo size (ie, 4x6), open up a document in microsoft word and insert the image there. then you can print the word file and the image will be the correct size.

Please join me on the blog today as I make up a simple, weighted blanket - commonly used for people with sensory disorders, those on the autism spectrum, and to help treat anxiety conditions.
This version is made in flannel and bound with a 1/4" double-fold binding. It weighs 4 pounds, with 6" channels, and measures approximately 39" by 51".
Check out the tutorial here and let me know what you think!
