Preparing some of the fine art for an A gallery show!
The secret to HDR photography is that you want people to say, "Woe dude--that's unreal!" And not, "Dude--that's not real!" "Unreal" is the word they use when they're trying to figure out the photo--what makes it cool--is it a photo? Is it painted? How'd it come to be--how'd you bend the light that way? "That's not real," is what they say if you have the saturation/HDR/ etc. turned up too high. :)
Some (almost) final edits for my Los Angeles Gallery Show! Here's how I do it:
Print: Fuji Crystal Lightjet Metallic front-mounted to 1/4" Acrylic.
Acrylic: 1/4" with regular polished edge
Backing: White aluminum 3mm
Hanging Mechanism: Silver aluminum float box
I'll be using the top-of-the-line, museum-quality gallery format consists of the highest-quality prints on Fujicolor Crystal Archival Paper, front-mounted to UV-resistant protective acrylic, backed by a solid aluminum sheet, and fastened to an aluminum silver frame "float box" for mounting on the wall.
Wish you all could come (and hang out with the goddesses)!
Let me know your favs.!

Homer's Odyssey: Tell me, O muse, of that ingenious hero who travelled far and wide. . . Many cities did he visit, and many were the nations with whose manners and customs he was acquainted; moreover he suffered much by sea while trying to save his own life and bring his men safely home; --Homer's Odyssey translated by Samuel Butler

After looking through my work, what do you think about Nikob vs. Sony? Do you prefer the Nikon D810 and Nikkor / Tamron / Sigma lenses /glass, or the Sony A7r and Sony Sonnar Carl Zeiss e-mount glass/lenses? I love them both! And I am so excited about the Sony A7rII !

Mark 2 sides of your ruler with a pencil, then rotate it. (If you are doing 2 1/2 inch blocks you don't need to rotate it! Just mark around it.)

Finally, turn over 1/4" at the waist, and stitch a narrow piece of elastic inside the fold. Pull the elastic slightly while you are sewing, and again use a stretch zigzag stitch.
I loved making this page and filled it with things I love. It was fun taking pictures of myself (something I never do). I found this verse in a book and it sums me up - completely....

Diamond System Calculator simulates the basic 3 cushion ball path when the cue ball is hit with 2 tips running english, normal speed, level cue and follow through stroke.
Simply click and drag the cue ball or first ghost ball around to get instant readings on the third and fourth rail contact numbers. If there isn't a contact point on the second rail, the ball path will turn yellow and the calculation will stop. Click on the table labels to switch between pool table graphic and billiard table graphic.

This is some sort of tutorial on how I do my brick wall backgrounds. Though scrapbooking papers can give you a very realistic and easy brick background, sometimes I love to make a "real" wall with texture and color.
The wall is made out of styrofoam, the window is made of foamboard.
You can use the ball tool and move it in circles and spirals across the surface for example. And I love to use the biggest ball tool and let it drop onto the foam, too. Nothing adds more realism to such a project than unplanned actions ; ).
Listening to the right music can help you achieve a more rough texture *lol*.
