Andy Murray and Jo-Wilfred Tsonga after both winning their matches.
In fairness to Mr Murray he played very well and was clearly determined and committed to winning a potentially very tough match. Moments after this was taken he managed a small 'celebration' with the crowd.
The crowd had cheered Mr Tsonga throughout his battle and he rewarded them with his celebratory dance, he was clearly delighted to get through to the next round.
Both players spent several minutes signing autographs for children assembled at the side of the packed Centre Court. Hope they both continue to do well.

Paris Masters series: Jo Wilfired Tsonga vs Andreas Seppi.
All the stars aligned somehow and I had a ticket to see my first professional tennis tournament. I am a huge fan of tennis, and have wanted for some time to see it live. I'd completely forgotten that this tournament would coincide with my trip until my friend arranged a ticket for me. Bonus: I walked to the Palais Omnisport from my hotel in the Marais the very first morning I woke up there. It could not have been more ideal. Also: I sketched...in the dark.
French tennis fans are known to be quite serious about watching (as am I.) I was amazed at how quiet and respectful the crowd was to each player, regardless of allegiance.
As the stadium filled up for the third match of the day (French #1 Tsonga) the crowd became more animated. The atmosphere was electric. It was riveting. I did not manage to put color on this until after I left. It was tricky enough to draw it in the dark. Also, I am not kidding about the crowd: I would sooner open a noisy package of cough drops at the opera than make too much of a fuss with my sketch kit at Bercy!
