we rose early to greet the day: tossed a few things in the little red crockpot: turned it on; went back to bed. remember this atrocity? we didn't do any beets for months. looky: nice huge beet in red crockpot; requires no attention, edible after 4-5 hours. we likey.

god don't like bad photos; absurd attempt to microwave GIGANTIC beets produced this unphotogenic, accurate specimen. note: we microwave everything@ 101. notbeets. somuch.

But I wanted to be EXOTIC... :(

Lola jumped in the stream to cool off but chose the wrong spot to climb out of the water. She had to retreat and try again in another spot that wasn't as steep.

This is a piece of art by an autistic thirteen year old who had paintings on sale - this was not for sale, I don't think - it was on display as information only. But I would definitely buy it. clearly a lot of work went into it.

Hoping for a better sunset but it sort of vanished very quickly started packing up turned 180 degrees and the moon was rising over Portland

I wasn't sure where to snap with the woman walking in front. What do you think? If she was in that space on the left, and the guard rails weren't there I think I'd be on to a winner.

Changed to a larger chimeny tube in Beltane. No more smoky room.

So I put the camera on the ground (instead of the stair divider) and aimed it up to see if that would work better...
