I've been wishing for a blue egg laying chicken to join our flock for a while now, and when my daughter and husband went to buy three hens a while ago I was overjoyed when they brought me one back. This week she started laying...the eggs are so tiny and so pretty I just had to try and photograph them!

These bangles were bought for me by my husband. The silver bangle is about 45 yrs old which he bought soon after we met, he was worried that it was only silver as he couldn't afford a gold one at the time, I adored it. The gold one was bought some years after we were married for a Valentines gift to make up for the silver one he had originally bought. I haven't worn either of them for some time but taking the photographs of them has made me realise how precious they are and once this lockdown is over I plan to wear them all over again.
