Trossachs trees & bracken in glorious technicolour. I think I was fortunate to see them at their wonderful best.
Thank you in advance for your interest and comments on my photos. That is much appreciated.
Please view at the full size of 1600. It's also more pleasure for you.
(I hope so)
This time looking upstream from the bridge (the downstream version from 2020 is below).
In both instances I was waiting for 10am and the opening of the Bridge End Mill shop which sells a great range of tablet and fudge đŸ˜„

A land-based shot of the fab sunset the other day (I posted the drone shot before) over these local fields of barley. The way the sun shone through the clouds leading to these crepuscular rays was really lovely for nealy 20 mins.
A quick outing to catch the sunset, not the image I had planned but happy enough to be present in this moment
The Trossachs generally refers to an area of wooded glens and braes with quiet lochs, lying to the east of Ben Lomond in the Stirling council area of Scotland. The name is taken from that of a small woodland glen that lies at the centre of the area, but is now generally applied to the wider region.

A lovely misty morning a few months ago. I'm a bit tardy with processing - much prefer being out... I ended up dropping a phone on the hill top in amongst the heather so I had to make a return trip in the evening to collect it. Very easy locating it with the find my phone app on another phone :-)
An early start along Loch Achray, with the Loch Achray Hotel lit up at the end of the loch. Not much colour at this time of the day.
Loch Lomond and The Trossachs National Park is a national park in Scotland centred on Loch Lomond and the hills and glens of the Trossachs, along with several other ranges of hills. It was the first of the two national parks established by the Scottish Parliament in 2002, the second being the Cairngorms National Park. The park consists of many mountains and lochs, and the principal attractions are scenery, walking, and wildlife.
