In the 1930s, the College of William and Mary was one of the few colleges to have a Department of Aeronautics. The student pilots formed the Flight Club. Forty-four pilots were trained with only a few minor accidents. In 1933, the College won the Loening Trophy, the national award for having the best collegiate flying program. One of the highlights of the club’s activities was a visit by Amelia Earhart in 1933. This trophy was awarded to the club in 1935.

This will be one of the trophies available for Castle MOCs at BrickCon. The 1x8 brick in the base will be etched with "BC08 Castle Water MOC"
This trophy is awarded each year by the Stratos Enthusiast Club.
It is made from the remains of the 'Chequered Flag' Lancia Stratos, which was consumed by a fire in the 70's. This is some of the melted alloy, probably the engine block or gearbox casing.
I received it for the year I broke my foot and missed out on lots of motoring fun

I had to cross a river barefoot to get to where he was. I took a bunch of shots on another 8 pointer, a spike horn and a few does. By the time I got close enough to this guy, my batteries went dead after 5 shots. Bummer! I always carry spare batteries but I only intended to take a short hike before the Packer game and didn't think I needed them.
2000 Bayliner Trophy 21 with Mercury 150 Saltwater edition outboard. This boat is in great shape and is ready to fish. She has been serviced twice a year, every year by a local shop here in town. Surprisingly spacious cabin, lots of fishing room, lots of storage, stainless rod holders, 3 live wells, trim tabs, perko battery switch, new batteries, VHF, fish/depthfinder, swim platform, porta-potty, stereo, bottom paint, and bimini with complete isinglass enclosure. She is sitting on a tandem axle, galvanized, titled trailer with an electric winch. Very clean, very solid, very reliable striper boat.

This is the 1996 Triumph Trophy 900 that I picked up for $600. The body panels were taken off along with the carbs. I think that the valve need to be adjusted and the carbs set.
