We don't have any colour outside right now, so thought I'd post an image from last summer.
Three image multiple exposure, taken with Lensbaby Velvet 56.
Happy Friday!
Once for each thing. Just once; no more. And we too, just once. And never again. But to have been this once, completely, even if only once: to have been at one with the earth, seems beyond undoing.
~ Rainer Maria Rilke
Thank you for your nice comments and the numerous Favs, which I am very happy about.
Vielen Dank für eure netten Kommentare und die zahlreichen Sternchen, über die ich mich sehr freue.
Today I had two pro photographer friends come join me in my garden to talk tech tips. They were the ones who helped me get started on “in camera” multiple exposures so I practiced more. These Ornamental Grasses were swaying in the light breeze we had and that added a nice effect of movement to this triple exposure. After taking several images within my garden, we sat under a shaded canopy to simply “ shoot the breeze” about this and that. Some of the talk was photography related and some not. For the theme “Grasses” in the group Looking Close…on Friday!
Triple exposure.....it wasn't nearly as windy at the lake as it looks!
#3/52, Multiple Exposure, 52 weeks, 2022 edition.
First photo of the new year born by chance.
A little girl was throwing food at seagulls in static flight, I was there with my camera and I tried some bracketing.
And so has arrived this picture ...
Prima foto dell'anno, nata così;
gabbiani fermi in volo statico aspettando che una bimba lanciasse del pane, io ero lì ho scattato in bracketing ed è arrivata questa foto.

I was playing around with some of the settings in my camera's menu and accidentally turned on multiple exposures.
Didn't realize it until I went to my son and daughter-in-law's place a few days later for a "Tea, Pumpkin Carving and Games" party. My first 3 shots got combined into one triple exposure. Kind of a ghostly image, just in time for Halloween.
Sometimes, mistakes can make for an interesting image.
Triple exposure of a large red Rose. My roses are starting to flower at this week. In Floriography a single red Rose means love! This is an Old Word, Rosa rosa rugosa scabrosa "Rugspin" flower. www.rosesandfriends.com.au/roses_rugosa.htm
Herbs tea from my own garden, daily fresh (Sage, mint and rosemary)
Thanks for taking time to fave, comment and look at my work. I really appreciate.

I had fun with the theme from Macro Mondays today
I took a triple exposure of water and fire
Two from the waterfaucet in the kitchen to make the frame and one from my fav candle
Voila, magic happens

Happy Macro Mondays everyone 💖
