On Saturday, Feb. 2, I spotted this Barack Obama Campaign convoy of vehicles heading north on 14th Street NW through Columbia Heights. A band was playing in the back of the panel truck. In the background on the left is the CVS at 14th and Irving, and on the right is the Trinity Towers apartment building.
After passing the security check at Kutafya Tower, visitors of Moscow Kremlin walk over to the Troitsky Bridge connecting it with Troitskaya Tower, the main public entrance to the Kremlin. Both the bridge and the tower received their current names in the middle of 17th century from the Troitskaya Coaching Inn in the Kremlin and dedicated to the Trinity (Troitsa).

This is the tallest of the towers of the Kremlin in Moscow. It was built between 1495 and 1499, and is the main public entrance to the Kremlin.
Seen from towards Lenin Library. State Kremlin Palace (opened on 17th October 1961) on the right is also involved.
Troitskaya Tower, constructed between 1495-1499 by the Italian architect Aloisio da Milano is the highest of Kremlin Wall Towers with is 80 m height. The red star was installed on top in 1935. Its entrance, a bridge actually, is protected by the foregoing small Kutafya Tower (with white basement and crown-like ornamented windows on the left). See a different detail of it here.
Also a part of my Kremlin Wall Towers series.
Trinity Towers replaced the Trinity Methodist Episcopal Church in 1962. The tower was a mixed-use project that included a new church on the ground floor and apartments above. It was renamed Barrington Place in 2002.
Not sure about the black border. It adds a bit more impact on white pages but might look a bit cheesy. Thoughts?
A viewpoint very similar I approached Spasskaya/Saviour Tower with, but unlike that, this is not a verticular stitch.
See the more traditional view of the same, the highest of all Kremlin Wall Towers.
Also a part of my Kremlin Wall Towers series.
Trinity Towers at 3023 14th Street, NW in the Columbia Heights neighborhood of Washington, D.C. The building is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
Tobacco Dock on the left, Trinity Tower / Thomas More Square in the background. You can just see News International over the wall on the left in the middle.
