It seems like an odd marriage but the newly opened Mona's Roti and Freak'n Greek share space and staff in Ajax. There is one cashier, one kitchen, and one pickup window. No seating.

I tried a Chicken Roti with Chickpeas and it was quite hefty. It tasted good but I would have preferred a bit more gravy.

I ordered a Pork Gyro on a Pita. I was happy to learn that it was made with layers of meat rather than ground meat. This was also generously sized and wrapped with fries. Apparently, this is the traditional way.
