Power Yoga in the Stan. On Tuesday nights we gather in our base gym to enjoy an hour of Yoga. We have a fantastic instructor - but this evening he had just returned from TDY and wanted to be one of the group, so we enjoyed some Rodney Yee Power Yoga. Finally put together this shoot with Lindsey Sorenson (MM#1184010). We went out to the AmGen "DNA Bridge" (it's meant to reprisent a twisting double-helix of dna strand) in Seattle to shoot a yoga set.
Strobist Info: Vivitar 283 at 8 o'clock through white umbrella. Vivitar 283 bare at 4 o'clock.
I've been doing yoga for years now, but had kind of lost my way with it the past year. Since late February I've been practicing as close to daily as possible, and I am experiencing such a renewal from it. My flexibility is increasing, and I'm benefiting all over from these regular yoga practices.
