Strobist: Two 285's, One as seen @ 1/1, Second camera right where that patch of light on the grass is @ 1/4.

I love that Brazilian Leopard tree.
It has perfect shape, yellow flowers in summer, and also it has very valuable hard timber.
And it has a beautiful name! : Libidibia ferrea
Pity, Brisbane council do not plant them anymore in Brisbane, because it is not Australian native, and many people dislike them because of "messy" hundreds seed pods if drops - read comments below!

Made this one on my way back, after a long day of exploring and making photos at a temple north of Angkor Wat, Cambodia.
A storm was coming in - it started raining short after this photo was made - and the clouds was getting quite interesting. And therefore I made a short stop to catch a few photos of it.

My favourite tree. Hundreds of years old and still going strong(ish).
Tonight I'd walked to it to try to catch the ISS passing over it. The chance of seeing the pass hadn't looked good through the day with heavy cloud cover, but an hour before the satellite was due, the cloud cleared.
Using the great SPUTNIK app, I postioned the camera to catch as much of the pass as I could and then sat down to wait.
This was taken 10 minutes before the ISS flew by and as the cloud returned.
At least I got this picture...

Yesterday was a bit challenging for photography but I managed to catch several tree frogs last evening as they were making a bid for mates. Thought some of my Flickr friends might get a kick out of these. Hope you have a great weekend.
