Grand Traverse Bay is a large Lake Michigan bay. The bay is 32-miles long. It is split into two arms by the Old Mission Peninsula. This is the west arm. In the distance is the Leelanau Peninsula.

This is across the road from the state park in Traverse City Michigan. It was back when I used my dad's Sony FD95, and the longest I could expose for was eight seconds. Eight seconds turned out to be about perfect for artificial light such as streetlights and traffic. Now that I have a DSLR I wonder how I got by...
