Transparency is the core inspiration that drives the design of the Berlin Reichstag Building (parliament) Dome. It mirrors the German's philosophy in politics after WW2.

unfortunately, this isn't my iPad
I rather tend to spend my money on photography :P
I'm so glad to have recognized that since I have been more active on flickr the last past days again
people oftener visit my profile, photos, stream, etc. :D
you like my work? :)
been about 4-5 years since I went back to film. though i've about 4,000 transparencies, only 500 are worth scanning and of that, about 80 worth printing. as you might see from my 'once a year' posting habit, I rarely, er, never have the time for scanning. so, chromes go straight to print and I've nothing to share. recently found a nice place that scanned and still processed E6, so here's a shot I was waiting several years to make.
having a fun time using this wonderful film on the most over-shot, cliche spots around central california...and the tunnel view is definitely a spot flooded with cameras. I have to thank www.aerochrome.shop/tree-free-zone Dean for single-handedly making this trippy medium available to the world. A class guy to the core.
see you in a year...? :)
These were the main show pieces. I sold one and was happy I didn't sell the other.
I shot them in my basement in the dark prior to display.

In addition to presenting a variety of found images, I also offered a Polaroid photo booth with four cameras each loaded with a different Polaroid film.

Le Yaezakura - The Yaezakura
Cette variété a la particularité d'avoir de grandes fleurs avec plus de cinq pétales denses. Elles sont si fournies qu’elles ressemblent à des petits morceaux de coton rose.
This variety has the distinction of having large flowers with more than five dense petals. They are so provided that they look like little pieces of pink cotton.

The physiology of this little swamp fly is so simple and transparent with light from a diffused flash that he looks hand drawn.

For Z-OUT, a project of the acclaimed Z33 art center,
architect Gijs Van Vaerenbergh (that's actually two people,
called Gijs and Van Vaerenbergh)
made this impressive artwork, called "Reading Between the Lines",
a see-through church, made of layers of steel,
hidden in the wonderful landscape in Borgloon, Belgium.
