His tiny size puts things in a different perspective.
I'm pretty sure that no one really knows this flow is here, you have to understand how the 'land' works around this area. Most dry runs collect a small amount of moisture and it runs down these draws. More water? More ice flows. You have to look for them and sometimes they are so incredible.
This one couldn't be seen from the trail above.

I just thought I would remind myself of the reason I enjoy the other seasons as well as winter.
I'm beginning to miss all the vibrant colors of the rest of the seasons!

Backtracked to parked vehicles made the hike just under 4 miles.

Trail Section 12: Star Valley Trail which used to be the home to Star Valley before they were moved away for the Dam Project and Flood control project that didn't happen.

The Kickapoo Valley Reserve in Wisconsin has something called the Trail Challenge. You can document the trail segments you do with the date you finish each one.
There are over 50 miles of rugged and partially easy trails to do.
My goal is to do them this year.
