Same traders as on the previous photo, this time facing a shepherd probably selling some animals.

Most of these photos will disappear later on further down my stream - but I feel this urge to tell what I witnessed : more photos to come yet from this big animal bazaar on the banks of the Tigris river near Diyarbakır - sorry if all this is too descriptive !

Trader Joe's is the mack daddy of grocery stores for reasonably priced, reasonably healthy food.

One just opened about 3 miles from my house, so over the weekend I went and stocked up on fruits, veggies, and their yummy spicy hummus with a side of baked pita chips.

Mmmm, spicy hummus.

Traders Village in Houston and Grand Prairie, Texas hosts thousands of vendors every weekend.
