every time I see this rusty wreck of a tractor I wonder what happened to it. It is sitting on a steep slop in an abandoned olive grove in Covalta Canyon. The license plate is from about 1984.
Dieser rostige Traktor wurde einfach in einem Olivenhain zurückgelassen. Die Nummer geht auf 1984 zurück- der Traktor ist aber weit älter. Ich wundere mich immer was da geschehen ist- heute ist das Land auch nicht mehr bewirtschaftet.
Here's a man who's happy in his work, sat astride a MAN tractor at the recent vintage show in Lincolnshire. This was one of a hundred or so tractors on show across the weekend at the Lincolnshire Showground.

No I did not go back for another shot of the tractor back in August. This image was taken on that day. I had my homemade four by five camera with me and decided I had to take one more picture so this was it. I guessed at exposure and the film was HP5 Ilford film. 210mm at f5.6. I only developed this sheet yesterday with some more shots I had taken recently and decided it need a home here on Flickr.
