Humpty-Back Bridge
The Uglies enjoyed a stroll in the pretty village of Lacock with us. They were very excited to find this little humpty-back bridge by a stream as they wanted to be in this week’s Challenge 52 picture. So here you have Jeero, Ninja Batty Shogun and Pointy Max sporting their winter woollies. Perfect for the theme of bridges. More info. Ref: D956-47
I was going to repeat the notion of a "Series" with the new Disney Minifigs, but then the theme started evolving, and turned out to be "Toybox" so we'll see where it goes. It might be a rambling journey.
A dream sized workshop if I ever win the Powerball. This one has been going up over the last few weeks and I had to stop in and feed that fantasy.
Trouble In The Kitchen
Shifty the duck has been up to his tricks again. He’s always getting into scrapes! Today I found him exploring where he shouldn’t be in the kitchen. Oh dear, he really needs house-training!
At least it got me this week’s 52 Weeks theme – Diptych or Triptych. More info. Ref: D1097_41
A view from the Worcester & Birmingham Canal at Five Ways towards Birmingham city centre, with the blue Altura student accommodation building on the left and the mid-rebranding BT Tower alongside the Toybox building; you'd have started with the "B" really...
Cobwebs And Flock
Webby tends to lurk in dark corners, so he was perfect to help me out with this week’s 52 Weeks Theme, Low Key. More info. Ref: D1097_35
Happy Domo Birthday
Today it’s the birthday of all Domos around the world. I left most of my gang at home having a party (probably a mistake), but the toys who came with me to visit my parents for the weekend also wanted to celebrate. So here we see them about to tuck into festive mince pies, pulling crackers and wearing their silly hats. Happy Birthday Domos! I will have to wait until after Christmas to see what havoc the others have wrought while I was away…

Dunnybow
I rounded up a few Dunnys today and took them on a walk in the woods so that they could be in my Toybox 52 picture this week. The theme is Colour – so what better to represent it than all the colours of the rainbow? More info. Ref: D956-44
Pigbat is a bit confused about his species but he’s a big fan of all things Purple, so we get on well. More info. Ref: D1113-27
Hawaii Five-O
Five of my Hawaiian Domos went to a party last night. There were lots of tropical cocktails involved. They woke up this morning with a bit of a mess on their hands. Or should I say, on each others’ hands – they seemed to have swapped body parts while they were drunk!
Sorting them out again took a little while, but eventually entropy was reduced and everyone fitted back together again with the right bits. It may be a salutary tale, but it’s perfect for this week’s toybox challenge, Body Parts!

Walk The Dog
K9 needed a walk and one of my Cybermen was kind enough to go with him into town for a constitutional. They get on quite well – you don’t want to believe all that you see on the telly! They helped out with this week’s theme Candid/Street. More info. Ref: D1097_05
Squiffy After A Pint
Minny and Sunny came with us to the pub for a wee drinkie this afternoon. This is what I saw… Appropriate for the current 52 Weeks theme, Free-Lensing. More info. Ref: D1097_25
Danbo and Big Danbo thought they would take the opportunity of some lovely fresh snow to make Snow Angels.

Launching A Satellite
This week’s challenge proved hard to think of something suitable. It was to use software to make a composite image. What to do? But then inspiration came… I decided to use my Lego Space Shuttle to simulate the launch of a satellite into orbit.
The star trails were taken from last year’s Day #1795 image, Heavenly Bodies, and rotated to fit better with the direction of the shuttle. Some layer masking and blending gave me the final result.

Strawberry Ice Cream
Having found a cone the size of his head, and full of his favourite flavoured ice cream, Strawby is a happy Domo :-)

Geeky was very excited this morning when he saw the amount of snow which had fallen overnight. He could hardly believe his little bespectacled eyes and couldn’t wait to get out in the garden. He ran round squealing in delight and challenging anyone who ventured nearby to a snowball fight.

Introducing Cannibal
Another Dunny in the collection – this one looks rather more dangerous than most!

The Domos think that a Good Morning always starts with a hearty fryup. Fiery has been on cooking duties today, while Benny and Candy await (rather impatiently) the arrival of the grub. More info. Ref: D1012-160
