Cecil The Cacher
You may know that I love geocaching. Yesterday I went to a caching event in Great Notley (with lots of CAKE!) to raise money for the UK Mega in Essex to be held next year. There was a competition to guess this caching dude's name - which had already been chosen by an independent person and sealed in an envelope. I was delighted to have chosen right - and Cecil came home with me! He wanted to get stuck in to caching right away. More info. Ref: D1097_47
Clive (the crab), Monkey, Nemo, Angry Dog, Duck etc, thats just those visible, theres more in the box, and they sometimes get accussed of being spoilt dogs?
Today we went to London. Danbo and Big Danbo stowed away in my bag and enjoyed spending time with their Domo buddy Timmy, who lives with my friend Paola. We visited a museum and then went for a big slice of cake and a chat. Timmy was very keen to dive in, but at least the Danbos had a little more restraint!

Visiting The BBC
I’m keeping a mini diary this week for our weekly toybox photo challenge – which is to photograph the same subject for seven days. So guess what, I’m the subject! As you know, I kept a daily diary for a whole two years until I decided to retire and take it easy, so I’m sure I can managed seven days in a row.
Today I went to work with Caz at the BBC’s shiny building New Broadcasting House. We had to do lots of hard work packing up all the extra equipment which was put in for the Local Election programme last Friday. The building is very modern but I don’t think it has as much character as the lovely old place Telly Centre, which is my favourite.

Danbo and Big Danbo enjoyed a little walk around the One World Garden at Hylands Park today. They were particularly surprised to find a plant with such vibrant purple berries on it and insisted I went over to have a look – they do know how I love purple! More info. Ref: D1069-04

Mr Duck came along to BarCamp Bournemouth5 with us over the weekend. He was fascinated to got to a talk about this tank which apparently controls itself with a Raspberry Pi! He’s not so good with self-control and can’t resist a raspberry pie, so went to take a closer look…

I went to Five Ways Station for once, to get a train on the Cross City Line to Longbridge, on the Winter Solstice.

That's funny I don't remember buying this at the toy store! LOL! He found a new way to really get in there and play with his toys literally! LOL! He's so smart he drug the wagon over to the toy box all by himself and climbed right in! Such a silly lil guy! 365kids/30

Spooky Coffin!
The uglies came with us for a photowalk today at Mark's Hall. We decided to look for a geocache in the woods and this is what we found! Jeero, Ice Bat, Babo and Babo's Bird were delighted with this spooky coffin-shaped cache, perfect for Hallowe'en.
