When you touch the seed pods of these flowers they suddenly explode. They never fail to make me jump, even though I am expecting the pop.
Apparently they are an invasive species here in North America. But they don't much get in the way around these parts.
I got my Crabble in the mail today - it's a tiny bendable plastic cradle thing that fits in a wallet and holds an iPhone or iPod Touch.
Every time I fly, I watch shows and movies on my Touch, and it's always a pain to hold the device the whole time.

Perfect bonfire beach night in Manzanita. We sat for hours and kicked the sand and later we saw bioluminesence in the ocean.
