This is a contemporary home design by architect Drew Mandel. I have caught glimpses of this house from my car. I finally decided to take the detour to get a proper look at it. It was worth the time. Some people would describe this house as an example of what is called "The Toronto Style". I do not mean to imply that this term describes a unique style of contemporary architecture. I use this term [which I did not invent this phrase] to classify a number of projects in and around Toronto that seem stylistically related.
