Torn paper art skull
I have this hairbrained idea that I can sell art skulls during Halloween! Guess we will see!
When I am stressed, especially during any holiday season, I tend to obsess with art! This is another torn paper collage I did - actually the first of the series of birds. Mom & Dad's cardinal was second. The sense of color and texture along with the actual tactile art has been good for me.

Crossword puzzle head- "Messages," for my brother (The crossword puzzled were the last of the crosswords I had saved that Dad did!)

I may be addicted to torn paper art! Who knew? And did I think birds were "my thing?!" Not really! But I am really having fun with it!
On this one, I decided to "fold" the white paper I was using to make it look like snow piled up. Oh! And if you want white white in a collage, make sure both sides of the magazine page are white! Other colors bleed through. Just an FYI I have learned the hard way.
