This scary looking mini beast (35 mm) is a vapourer moth caterpillar. The male moth of these caterpillars comes out during the day to feed, the females are flightless and look like hairy woodlice.
Dit griezelige beestje is de rups van een witvlakvlinder (mot). De mannetjes komen overdag tevoorschijn om te eten, de vrouwtjes kunnen niet vliegen en zien er uit als een harige pissebed.

It has been ages since I last participated in the daily shoot assignment. For today's Daily Shoot #ds654 - Make a photograph of a plastic object that you’ve used today.
Here's an old toothbrush I used to clean my sink.
I always make a list of things to pack when I go away on vacation. And these two items were on my list, of course. But, somehow, in the last minute crunch I guess I forgot to pack them. So, this toothbrush and toothpaste are the last things I bought, just before we arrived at our destination.

The pattern came from an Aunt Philly DVD. It is made with 8 yards of torn cotton fabric strips, using a large toothbrush handle needle and simple nalbinding loops around a runner (probably buttonhole stitch). Finished size: 36"x17.5" oval

I'm flying out early tomorrow morning from Cork to Edinburgh, via Stansted, for the Six Nations rugby match against Scotland on Saturday afternoon. Ireland will be trying to win their fourth match out of five as they push for their first Grand Slam since 1948.
I'll be back home on Sunday night, probably with substantially less brain cells than I had leaving - well that's the plan anyway!!
Have a great weekend!!

I just had to take a video of this because I was afraid I might not see this commercial again. It is such a blatant lie to say that this toothbrush is as good as or better than a Sonic toothbrush. don't believe it. I've had the best dental checkups since I got my Sonic toothbrush instead of some electric toothbrush that just goes back and forth..or in circles.
Why would they even be comparing to a Sonic toothbrush unless it were the industry standard to begin with?
