If the tool is having difficulty performing the task, stop and reassess the situation before proceeding. If the tool doesn't cut or drill smoothly, don't use it too hard. This could damage the tool or cause personal injury. Instead, check the blade or drill and adjust the speed or pressure as needed.

Do not modify the tool: Do not modify the lithium electric tool or its components as this may be dangerous and may damage the tool. Use tools only as specified by the manufacturer. Not only is retooling dangerous, it can also void the manufacturer's warranty. I was tooling around the back roads near Max and it’s just such a lovely time of year I had to take some photos. There’s just something magical about North Dakota in June. It’s greener than you’d ever think it would be. And the sky is bluer. The air smells wonderful. Everything is fresh and new. It’s just purely wonderful.

While cleaning the basement I found one of my old kits for network troubleshooting. It includes a 3COM device for analyzing Ethernet traffic, a known good Token Ring cable, various serial cables and a Hex Driver for Steve Job’s old NeXT computers. Nothing said GEEK in the 80’s like having your own LanScanner!

The tools I always have by me: pincushion, snips and a pot for threads and bits. The background is a little quilt made for me from vintage materials.

You can use the flexiclamp hex tool to tighten the hose clamp or you can use a socket or a drill with a socket.
