In 2010 we were commissioned by Santander to deliver “Open Minds” Training for their Executives and senior leadership population.
We developed a Digital tool which re-enacts leadership decision making scenarios.
These situations were customised to the Santander context and were issues that were evident on the company based on the results of the Rapid Appraisal we had conducted.
The aim of the tool was to utilise an additional methodology to help leaders to be aware of the potential impact of biased behaviour and the consequences of lack of awareness of bias and micro inequities.
