Didn't get the name of the tog at Bamburgh who I was talking to, only that he had been up since 3.30am He probably wondered what we were doing in the car park in the pitch dark, then realised we had camera gear.
He said ah another photographer, I answered saying its only burglars and us daft lot that get up at these unearthly times :)
I thought using him at distance gave a great perspective in comparison to the castle
Lighthouse just happened to be in the way...........honest.

Zur Weihnacht 2024 hatte es in den Schwarzwald-Hochlagen geschneit, und so lag auch das Groppertal bei St. Georgen unter einer weißen Decke. 146 231 (mit Seitenwerbung für Radolfzell am Bodensee) macht sich mit ihrem RE 2 auf zum nächsten Halt in Villingen und durchquert dabei die verzauberte Landschaft.
