For 121 Pictures in 2021 #47 "Illustrate a book title" these are serrano and Thai chiles, both red and green to go on the cover of "The Devil's Dinner, a gastronomic and cultural history of chili peppers" by Stuart Walton. I should note that his use of "chili peppers is incorrect, anything referring to the plant or the pod itself should be spelled chile. The term chili should be only used to refer to a stew making use of chiles. This was borne out by extensive research on the internet, where, as we all know, everything is correct.

Carrots from my "balcony garden" ;)
We live in the block of flats and in this year my husband wanted to have a garden on the balcony. He bought strawberries and tomatos in pots and also seeds of some vegetables and herbs and he sowed these seeds in pots. Here is the result - our own carrots. Maybe not too big, but surely healthy ;) :)

Marcello Dantas, the Vancouver Biennale’s senior curator credited with having chosen both the site and the artist, says, “Resende’s WOW WESTMINSTER is not only an interpretation of the economic activity of the Fraser River and the flow of goods through trains, ships and trucks: it’s also about capturing the energy and history of this transportation hub, the transformation of the City of New Westminster and its waterfront into a recreational arts and cultural playground.
